BANKRUPTCY CASE.
ALLEGED GIFT TO WIFE. (Per United Press Association.) GISBORNE, March 9. Mr Justice Ostler reserved decision in the Supreme Court to-day in a case in which William Ritchie, of Auckland, the solo creditor in the bankrupt estate ot Charles William Johnson, sought to have set aside a gift alleged to have been made bv the bankrupt to his wife. Ritchie had proved against the estate for , being money owing on a farm at Tuhukohu, which Johnson abandoned.
