The Weekly Dispatch says that the Soviet's new postage stamp is likely to cause diplomatic friction. The Soviet territory is coloured red, and includes Finland, Poland, Rumania, and Persia. The Dispatch recalls that the San Domingo stamp of 1000 included part of Haiti in San Domingo, but it was withdrawn on a threat of war.—Sydney Sun Cable.
