(Received Jan. 29, at 5.5 p.m.) The Czocho-Slovakian steaemr Fr~ga, en route from Manila to Tsingtao, was attacked by a Cantonese gunboat oil the Shantung coast, and a three-hour running tight ensued. It was stated that the i-raga carried 90,000 titles and seven million" rounds of ammunition, which was ordered by Chang Chung-Chang, military governer of Shantung, through a German tirm.—A. and N.Z.
