OBITUARY
SIR FREDERIC WISE, M.P. (Press Association— By Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, January 27. (Received Jan. 27, at 11 p.m.) The death is announced of Sir Frederic Wise, the Conservative member for Ilford. —A. and N.Z. Cable. Sir Frederic Wise, who was born in 1871, was member for Ilford since 1920. During the war he was sent to France to lecture to the troops on the food position, and in 1919 was sent to Berlin by the Peace Conference to report on the financial position in Germany.
