Eric Harrison, claim £ll, price of a typewriter, with costs (£2 16s). • TENANCY CASES. Louis G. Birkner v. Minnie Scott, claim for possession of premises.—Order made for possession on or before February 9, with costs (28s). Arthur Grant Sherriff v. Doris Arthur, claim £6, rent due.—Judgment was given for the plaintiff, with costs (£2 6s). An order was also made for possession of the premises on or before February 9. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Fanny E. L. Foote v. William Gray Grigg, claim £l4 2s lid, on a judgment summons. There was no appearance of the defendant! who was ordered to pay the int, with costs (£1 2s), in default 1-i days’ imprisonment. The order to be suspended so long as defendant pays 10s per week.
