L. Foote v. William Gray Grigg, claim £l4 2s lid, on a judgment summons. There was no appearance of the defendant! who was ordered to pay the int, with costs (£1 2s), in default 1-i days’ imprisonment. The order to be suspended so long as defendant pays 10s per week.
