In a leader anent Bouvet Island, The Times says: “ Perhaps as the interest chieflv concerned is whales, the League of Nations ought to organise an expedition with the two-fold object to report on future whale fishery and to investigate the problem of Bouvet’s ownership. H would be interesting to know whethti any islands are still unappropriated. Only the League can be trusted for the task, since the League alone has no flag.—The Times.
