OR SCOTT’S INQUIRIES. , At last night’s meeting of the City Council, Or Hayward, in moving the adoption of the General Committee s report, said that two or three months ago Cf Scott had submitted {our questions to him with regard to the fish depot. The questions and answers were as follow: What was the object of building the fish depot?—The old fish depot m the railway yard was condemned by the Health Department as unsanitary. Who has the right to use it.
