NORTH ISLAND CHAMPIONSHIP. (Per United Press Associath ' WANGANUI, December 27. The North Island rifle shooting championship meeting was opened at the Putiki range to-day. There was a large attendance of competitors. A light but tricky cross wind prevailed. _ otherwise the conditions were ideal. The leading men in the aggregate for the championship are: L. O.
