(Received Dec. 27, at 5.5 p.m.) The Teheran correspondent of The Times says that the agreement between the Soviet and Persian Governments provides a liaison in aerial postal _ services between the two countries. Persia is also negotiating with Junkers for the establishment of an aerial line between Teheran, Bushire, and Mohammerah.
