THE PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE. (Frew Association—By Telegraph—Copyng&t.) WASHINGTON, December 24. (Received Dec. 26, at 5.5 p.m.) President Coolidge issued the following Christmas message to the American people:—“Christmas is no time or season, but a state of mind to cherish peace and goodwill. To be plenteous in mercy is to have the real spirit of Christmas.
