TAKE NOTICE that a Summons Has been issued out of the Supreme Court Office at Dunedin, in the Provincial District of Otago, against you by Wright, Stephenson, and Company, Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of “ The Companies Act, 1908,” having its Registered Office at Wellington, and carrying on business there and elsewhere in the Dominion of New Zealand as Stock and Station Agent, to show cause why you should not be adjudged Bankrupt under the provisions of “ The Bankruptcy Act, 1908,” upon the following grounds set out in the Petition filed by the said Wright, Stephenson, and Company, Limited, on the 29th day of October, 1927 (a) That on the 13th day of September, 1927, the said Wright, Stephenson, and Company, Limited, obtained in the Magistrate’s Court at Dunedin a Judgment against you, the said George Strong, for payment of the sum’ of £35 12s 2d. (b) That on the 19th day of October, 1927, a Warrant of Distress was issued out of the Magistrate’s Court_ at Dunedin aforesaid in respect of the said Judgment against the goods and chattels of and belonging to you, the said George Strong. (c) That on the 27th day of October, 1927, a return was made by the Bailiff of the Magistrate’s Court at Clinton that, by virtue of the said Warrant, he had made diligent search for but could find no sufficient goods and chattels whereon to levy the Summons mentioned in the said Warrant of Distress.
