VANCOUVER. .December 21. Goodsoll and Barry are putting the finishing touches on their training for Monday’s race. The Goodsell camp reports that the Australian is confining himself to short sprints. He feels the cold more than his opponent, but has proved effective in rough water. The Barry camp reports that the Englishman is praying for a calm day. Expert observers are unanimous that Barry is much improved in training and condition. They believe that unless the water is very rough he will extend Goodsell to the limit.
