DIPLOMAS AWARDED.
INSTITUTE OF HORTICULTURE. ,Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON. December 22. The executive council of the Institute of Horticulture met yesterday. It was decided to grant diplomas to 21 applicants. Several cases were deferred for fuller information. Four cups are to he provided for competition, instead of two as originally proposed.
