CANDOUR IN EVIDENCE.

RESERVED JUDGMENT GIVEN. Praise for the manner in which their evidence was presented to the court was given to the principal witnesses in a case arising out of a motor car collision by Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday morning. “ Seldom has the court heard the principal evidence given ith uch candour,” he said, when delivering his reserved judgment.
