FORESTERS.
There was a good gathering of' members and visitors at the last meeting of Court Pride of the Leith, A.0.F., held on Wednesday last. Official visits were received from Courts Robin Hood, Saint Andrews, King Edward’s Pride, Woodland’s Pride, and Queen of Green Island. Two new members were admitted. The toast of the visitors was responded to by S.B. Bro. Logie, on behalf of Court Robin Hood, P.C.R. Bro. R. Jefferson (Court Saint Andrews), C.R. Sister Grey (Court King Edward’s Pride), Sister D. Catio (Woodland’s Pride), and P.C.R. Sister Benfell for Court Queen of Green Island. (Following the close of the meeting a competition for nail driving for sisters was held, and was won by Sisters Fraser and M’Phail. The competition for brothers, hat trimming, caused much amusement, and the winners were P.C.R. Bro. W J. Duncan and P.C.R. Bro. R M’Levie. Harmony was contributed by P.C.R.’s Bro. J. Benfell and C. S. Hawes, and a pleasant meeting closed with expressions of goodwill for the festive season.
