Kildare Hill Claim at St. Bathans, of approximately 45 acres, with tail and flood races. This claim can be served by the Scandinavian Water Race. 2. Prospecting area above Surface Dill Claim at St. Bathans, of approximately 100 acres. This area 9an lie served by the , Water Race. 3. Half Interest in the Scandinavian Water Race and Subsidiary Races of 35 heads of water from Manuherikia River, Painkiller _ Creek, and Rocks Creek, with certain prior rights held over the rights held by The Scandinavian Water Race Company, Ltd., in this race. Tools and Sundries, including Ripples, boxes, etc. 11. One House, known as Doctor’s Residence (leasehold). 12. One House, previously occupied as Boarding House for mine employees (freehold). 13. One House, at present occupied by the Company’s caretaker (freehold). Tenders may be for one or more groups of the Assets, and must be accompanied by a deposit of 5 per cent, of the amount of the tender.
