HOSTILITY TO THE SOVIET. EMISSARY TO AMERICA. (Press Association—B» Telegraph—Copyright.) WASHINGTON, March 2. M. Alexander Kehensky arrived on Wednesday to expound his views of the Russian situation. He said that 99 per cent, of the Russians were hostile to the Soviet, which, although it had turned sour, was responsible for more good than the Czarist regime ever would have been. —A. and N.Z.
