NO CONFIDENCE VOTE WITHDRAWN. DISSOLUTION AVERTED. (Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright.) TOKIO, January 21. The Opposition decided to withdraw the vote of no confidence. The entire political situation has undergone an unexpected change as the result of the Prime Minister's efforts to reach an understanding.
