William Mearns (aped 10). and Dorothy 'Mearns (aaed six) wore playinp on the hanks of the Yavra at Stndly Rark. They ere niissed, and their bodies were afterwards found in the river. The father of the Mearns children spent several hours divinp, and when almost exhausted he discovered the body of his daughter. -
