(Received Dec. 10, at 9 p.m.) The Chamber passed the Budget by 410 votes to 135, and adjourned till December 17.—A. and N.Z. Cable. (Received Dec. 10, at 11 p.m.) The Budget expenditure amounts to 39,634.408,139 francs, and the receipts are estimated at 40,099,101,030 francs. Only the Socialists and the Communists voted against its adoption.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
