NORWAY’S LIQUOR LAWS
CARD SYSTEM INTRODUCED. (Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright.) OSLO, November 25. A Government committee reporting on the results of the prohibition plebiscite recommends the issue of cards to persons over 21 who desire to buy liquor, but debarring persons who break the liquor laws or otherwise prove themselves unworthy.— A and N.Z.
