SELLING DATES: The above roster is subject to alterations being made in both time and date, and to fixtures being altogether withdrawn. Unless they receive express notice in writing to the contrary, brokers shall be held to have authority to sell at any such altered fixtures notyvithstauding that the groyver or vendor has received no notice of such alteration. OFFERINGS: Growers are notified that wool is received for sale subject to all lawful regulations and conditions governing the trade. Brokers are not liable for loss arising directly or indirectly (oyving to restrictions of lots and catalogues) from the wool not being put up for sale at the first or any subsequent sale. LIMITATION OF LOTS: Oyving to limitation of lots at the above sales, it will be necessary to increase number of bales per lot, necessitating increased interlotting of small clips. THREE-BALE LOTS: No three-bale lot shall be included in main catalogues. In the absence of definite instructions to the contrary at the time of consigning wool, brokers reserve the right to group three-bale lots or under; or re-class if necessary. If not grouped, such lots are liable to be held over. REGLASSED WOOL: Brokers also reserve the right to pool or bin clips of up to six bales where wool is sent m by growers to be reclassed. No reserve will be accepted on group or bin lots, and any grower not wishing his odd bales grouped or binned must notify his broker when forwarding his wool, in yvhich case such bales will be offered as “Stars.” WOOL PACKS: This Association strongly supports the Britsh Wool Federation’s request that wool bales be turned inside-out before being packed, with the object o preventing, as far as possible, jute fibres becoming mixed yvith the wool. INSURANCE: Growers are expressly notified that brokers’ charges do not cover loss or damage to wool while in store from fire caused by or in any way attributable to earthquake. All fire insurance policies and coy’ers specially except liability on account of fipe caused directly or indirectly by earthquake. If this risk is to be coy’ered special notification in writing must be given. SPECIFICATIONS: In all cases it is imperative that specifications and instructions be in the hands of selling brokers before wool reaches their stores. ALLOCATION: The Wool Committee authorises us that for the First Sale brokers may offer all wool in store without linn' tion of catalogues.
