EXCESSIVE SPEEDING.
HEAVY FINE INFLICTED. (Special to Daily Times.) CHRISTCHURCH, November 19. On October 30 Arthur Mills was in a hurry to get to a bach at New Brighton. However, Constable J. Hislop noticed him when he was riding his motor cycle at 60 milee an hour along Page’s road near the tramway bridge. To-day, before Mr R. A. Young, S.M., Mills was 6ned £25. His present driver’s license was suspended until March 31 next, and he was disqualified from holding another license for 18 months after that.
