TO COST TWELVE MILLIONS. CO-OPERATION OF DOMINIONS. (Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, November 18. The Admiralty is optimistic that after the Imperial Conference the Singapore scheme will proceed uninterruptedly. It is confident of co-operation between Britain, Hongkong, Malaya, Australia, and New Zealand. It is predicted that the total estimated, cost of £12.000,000 will be largely expended within two years, including the graving docks and floating dock. The latter will be the largest in the world, and will probably be towed in three seo-> tions,—A, and N.Z. Cable.
