COLOURS IN SHOES
SUGGESTED STANDARDISING. LONDON. November 2. The National Association of Shoe Retailers has proposed that its members and fashion experts hold a joint conference to settle each season’s colours. Shoemakers contend that if the shop windows were filled with standardised shades women would regard them as fashionable.
