REDUCED BY £1 PER TON. APPLICATION TO BREAD IMPROBABLE. (Peb United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, September 25. There has been a decline of £1 a ton in the price of flour. This reduction will apply to the whole Dominion. Xhe decrease has been brought about by the fact that cheaper quotations are now being received for imported flour. A leading Christchurch baker was asked whether there would be any redaction in the price of bread. He said that he did not think there would be. at least m the immediate future. AUCKLAND, September 25. \ representative of the Northern Roller Mills states that there is no likelihood of the price of flour being reduced in Auckland, and that Distributors (Ltd.), wno had made the reduction in the south, had very little flour in this centre.
