ARMAMENTS QUESTION
FRANCE’S THESIS REAFFIRMED. LONDON, July 5. The Disarmament Commission appointed by the League of Nations, according to a message from Geneva, has reaffirmed the French thesis that military, naval, and aerial armament are interchangeable, and must be treated as a single problem, thus converting the American advocacy of the separate treatment of the question of naval disarmament.
