SIR RONALD LINDSAY 'APPOINTED, (Pres* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, July 15. Sir Ronald Lindsay has been appointed British Ambassador at Berlin. He was previously Ambassador at Constantinople. —Reuter . Sir Ronald Lindsay, who is a son of the Earl of Crawford, has had extensive experience in the diplomatic service from 1898 onwards. From 1921 to 1924 he was additional Under-Secretary at the Foreign Office, and in the latter year he became British representative at Con—Reuter.
