ENGLISH FUTURISTS.

The “English Futurists” will commence a six nights’ season in His Majesty’s Theatre on Monday night. Such well-Known entertainers as G. W. Desmond and Cyril Northoote, of Syd. James Royal Strollers fame, besides many other well-known favourites of the “Diggers” included in the oast. Dunedin theatre-goers may go prepared for a feast of amusement, as the entertainment sparkles with humour and continuously has the house convulsed in wholesome mirth. The singing and dancing are of a very high standard. The programme is well varied, including numerous breezy sketches, bright playettos, and catchy vocal numbers while the costuming and scenery are in keeping with the items. For a compact company of 11 people the “English Futurists” provide excellent entertainment and those who see the show on Monday evening can understand the success achieved in a tour which has extended to 19 countries. Not a moment is wasted.
