One 750 Kilowatt Direct Current Generating Set, consisting of a 1080 h.p. Triple Expansion High-speed Enclosed Type Steam Engine by W. H. Allen and Sons, Coupled to a 750 Kilowatt Shunt M ound 480-520 Volts Direct Current Generator by Crompton and Co. Included with the Plant is a Surface Condenser and Motor-driven Edwards Air Pump by W. H. Allen and Sons. The Plant is in first-class working order, and is being sold to make room for larger plant. Further particulars may be obtained on application to the City Electrical Engineer. The Deposit to be lodged in accordance with the conditions of tendering must be either in cash or by bank cheque.
