The leaders are conferring with the President, in order to form a new Cabinet. Earlier reports stated that two regiments from Braga and Evora were marching on Lisbon. The sending of Government troops to check the march proved impossible, as the railway companies refused to arrange transport.—Reuter. MILITARY DICTATORSHIP ESTABLISHED. LISBON, May 31. (Received May 31, at 8 p.m.) The revolution was victorious through out the country without loss of life. There was hot even rioting. A military dictatorship has now been established, aiming at the prov sional abolition of Parliament. Troops have now replaced the police everywhere. This is the twenty-fifth large scale revolution in Portugal since King Manuel was overthrown in 1910.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
