CANBERRA LEASES
HIGH FIGURES REALISED. (Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) SYDNEY, May 30. (Received May 30, at 11.5 p.m.) The second .auction sale of leases on the Federal capital site at Canberra realised £46,580. The banks and insurance companies paid high figures for picked positions. The values realised generally were considerably above the upset prices.
