TO THE EDITOR Sm, —I shall be exceedingly thankful if you will kindly allow me a little space to correct what I believe to be a slight error in what I am reported to have said while speaking to tho executive of the Returned Soldiers’ Association. Your report reads that, under-con-sumption or under-production was responsible for unemployment. What I did say, or at least intended to say (perhap", I did make a mistake), that that under-consump-tion or over-production was the cause of unemployment.—l am, etc., R. Haeeison.
