OTAGO CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP. Tho Otago Golf Club’s championship was continued on the Balniacewen Links on Saturday afternoon under ideal weather conditions. The first round of match play was played, the results being as follow: K. Rosa beat E. A. Reed, 4 and 3. V. E. Galway heat K. B. Lambert, 2 and 1. G. F. Barnett beat E. W. Cave, 6 and 5. J. <t. Dick beat H- Brasch, 6 and 4. G. C. Henderson beat A. N, Haggitt, 3 and 2. D. H. Butcher beat H. W. Dick, 4 and 3. C. T. Irvine beat J. K. Callender, at the 21st hole. S. C. Colbeck beat C.
