The St. Andrew’s Cross eempetition was played on-the Balmacewen links on Saturday afternoon under good weather conditions. The senior competition was won by A. I. Hunter, and the junior by R. W. Dick. The best scores were:— Senior. —A. I. Hunter (4), 79, 75; S. C. Colbeck (8), 85, 77; D. M. Irvine (2), 80. 78: J. R. Callender (5). 83, 78; T. D. Adams (8), 88, 80; D. Haggitt (12), 92, 80 junior.— R. W. Dick (16). 92. 76; H, F. Dencker (14), 91, 77. ' Knock-out foursomes will be played op the Balmacewen links to-day. The draw is as follow-s: —Miss C.
