PLOT AGAINST CHANG. SOVIET INFLUENCES AT. WORK (Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright) TOKIO, April 11. A report from Dairen discloses a plot to assassinate Marshall Chang-Tsc-lin, in which Soviet agents are involved. The plotters were discovered importing bonbs inside clocks. Chang has ordered the deportaton of the Soviet Vice-Consul at Mukden, and a number of Soviet propagandists along the Eastern Railway. Chinese-Russian friction in Manchuria is increasing.—Sydney Sun Cable.
