MINING.
ST. BATHANS COMPANY. The secretary of the Dunedin Stock Exchange has received the following telegram from the St Bathana Company’s mine: “Lead now proved; total length 1000 ft, value, 2oz and over per yard. Arrangements being made to deal with water by pumping from large sire bore, as present methods not eoonimical.”
