SALMON EXPORT.
A PROHIBITION ORDER. (Fbom 0f» Own Correspondent » WELLINGTON, April 8. Section 83 of the Fisheries Act, 1906, provides that the regulations may be made prohibiting or regulating the export from New Zealand of trout salmon or any other acclimatised fish. It is now thought de sirable to prohibit the export from ISew Zealand of qninnat salmon, and an Order-in-Council has been made preventing the export of such fish except with the consent of the Minister of Marine.
