Several of the inmates of the Leyhurn (Weneleydale) Workhouse, who were taken to a kinenia the other day had never previously been to an exhibition of films. Their first experience of “the movies” delighted them, and they are anxious to pay a second visit, although they cannot understand how the figures move on the screen.
