BEAUTY IS A DUTY.

“We all want to make the world a happy place, and, to the sensitive, happiness is largely dependent on beauty, or at least on the absence of jarring and discordant ugliness. Therefore we should be grateful to those who try to make the best of themselves, and should not reproach them with vanity. . .
