(Received Jan. 28, at 8 p.m.) Twelve men in a very weakened condition, were rescued on Wednesday night from the British freighter Antinoe, during a lull in the storm by the President Roosevelt. Further attempts will ho made at rescue work as weather permits. The President Roosevelt has already lost four lifeboats in her efforts.-—Router.
