Dr Luther has not succeeded in forming a Coalition Government on the lines aimed at, but ha has completed a Cabinet which forecasts agree will include Dr Luther as Chancellor, Dr Stresemann as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Gessler aa Minister of Defence, Dr Brauns as Minister of Labour, and two other present members of the Cabinet; also ex-Chancel-lor Marx as Minister of Justice and Occupied Territories, and Herr Reinold as Minister of Finance. The parties in the Government include the Democrats, the Centre, the German Peoples, and the Bavaria Peoples Parties. Neither the Socialists nor the Nationalists are represented. —Reuter.
