The security proposed to he pledged to meet the annual charges on the proposed Loan and its repayment is an annually recurring Special Rate of Three ponce Three Farthings (3fd) in'the £ on the rateable value of all rateable property within the Borough of Green Island, such Rate to be calculated on the basis of the annual value as appearing on the Valuation Roll for the time being in force. The currency of the Loan to be for a period of twenty years from the date of the issue of the Debentures, or such other term as may be lawfully prescribed. The provision for the repayment of the Loan is that the said Loan shall he repaid in full at the dadte of the maturity of the Debentures to be created in respect of the same.
