NEW PLYMOUTH, JaaranTT 13, The Taranaki Oilfields repart that the Tarata bore baa been drilled to 4160 ft in abale, to set an Sfin easily on the bottom preparatory to cementing. The Motruroa bore has been drilled to 3210 ft in shale, slightly harder drilling, to straighten the hole preparatory to ruts, ning 6|in casing again.
