FINALLY CLOSED. EMPLOYEES’ DICTATORIAL METHODS. (Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) ,ADEiLAIDE, January 13. Sir George Buchanan, twho recently visited Australia in connection with the harbour works, has written to a friend at Port Darwin stating that Lord Vestey informed him that the Darwin meat works had been finally closed, adding that they had the cattle and the market, and did not mind paying the wages demanded, but they strongly resented the dictatorial methods adopted by the employees as to the number of men who should be ranpolyed on any particular job.
