Wednesday, Octobee 21. (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. On a charge of drunkenness, a first offender was fined 12s fid, or, in default, 24 hours’ imprisonment. SEAMEN IN TROUBLE John Mussell and Arthur Springitt were charged with having deserted from the s.s.
