DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. „ A pronounced drop in the price-of K »*j*" rau 3 marked the progress of the Dunedin Stock Exchange yesterday. At the- morning oall one sale was effected at 7s. ■ At the afternoon call pales were numerous, business commencing with three transactions at 6 P 9d. Parcels were turned over at gradually weaken ing prices, and the final lot changed hands at - 63 4d. The closing quotations were 6s 3d and 6s sd. New Zealand Breweries Debentures were better, a parcel finding a buyer at 23» 9d Stock was wanted at 23s Bd, but.sellers failed to reply. A sale of Commercial Banks at 33s 9d was reported, the hammer falling with the quotations at 33s 6d and 33s lid. Government stock was quiet. Sales: Dominion Rubber, 53s 6d; JSew Zealand Breweries' Debentures," 23s 9o; ' Kawarau G.M. Co., 7s, 6s 9d .(three parcel), Cs 8d (two), 6s 7d, 6a 6d, 6s 5d 6s 4d!.
