DUNEDIN MAN WINS FIRST PRIZE. (Pes United Peess Association.) INVERCARGILL, October 20. The Dominion All Gold Art Union was drawn at Invercargill to-night in the presence of the inspector of police, the Mayor (Mr Bain), and Mr Cruickshank, S.M. The iTrst prize, £2OOO. was won by Mr W. R. Brown, of Diinedin; the second prize, £SOO, bv Mr A. J. Norton, of Ashburton; and the third prize, £IOO, by Mr Dormer, of Auckland.
