THE EX-KAISER'B FEAR.

RE-ARMING OF GERMANY URGED.

Pr*si Association— By Telegraph—CopyrigV., LONDON, October 18. The ex-Kaiser in an interview said: "The yellow peril that I foretold _in 1895 has arisen in, grim reality. China has 200,000 men in Moscow’s pay, and is possibly preparing 800,000 officered by Russians and Japanese, as well as an army for menacing India. Japan is building warships and submarines for herself and Russia, and France is flirting with Russia and Japan. The Bolshevists propose to ruin Europe with the help of the coloured races, aiming first at Germany, which is the backbone of Europe. Germany, which is defenceless, moreover contains 1,000,000 Bolshevists eager to assist Russia; consequently India, Burma, Indo-China, Egypt, and London are menaced. The British Empire is endangered. The once chance of averting this catastrophe is by giving up the Treaty of Versailles, treeing Germany’s soil, abandoning reparations, and re-arming Germany as the first line of defence against the Bolshevist-Mongol invasion.” — Sydney Sun Cable.
