WEDDINGS.

The wedding was celebrated at St. Mary’s Church. Wellington, of Ursula Marion, only daughter of Mr and Mrs Arthur Vivian, of Dunedin, to Lawrence M’Randall, of Wellington. The Rev. Father Murphy officiated. The bride, who was given away by Mr R. M’Randall, wore a dainty gown of lavender georgette and silver lace with a hat and to match. Tho bridesmaid, Misa Violet Bergen*, wore a frock of fawn morocain and radium lace with a hat and bouquet of the same tone. Mr Millgate was the best man.

A recent wedding at the Vivian Street Baptist Church, Wellington, was that of Lexio Elizabeth G-reen, eldest daughter of the late Mr J. Green and Mrs Green, of Melbourne (formerly of Masterton), to Alan Kersley (fray, second son of the late Rev. It. S. Gray and Mrs Gray formerly of Dunedin. The llev. F. E. Harry officiated. The church was charmingly decorated, and appropriate music was played by Mr Collins. The brido was in a gown of doth of gold with panels 01 gold embroidered net with heavy gold tassels. The reception was held at Salamanca road, Mrs A. H. Bait receiving the guests. The ceremony was performed by the Hev. T. Stinson, and Mr Wheeler presided at the organ. She carried a shower bouquet of white narcissi and maiden-hair fern. She was attended by her sister, Miss Ella Macqueon, whoso frock was of pale cedar morocain, with a tulle veil and coronet of tiny flowers to tone. She carried an old English posy of primroses and maiden-hair fern. Mr (■. Caldwell, of Timaru, was host man. The church was beautifully decorated by friends of the bride, with primus, and spring (lowers. After the ceremony the guests assembled at the Wentworth, where the usual toasts were honoured, ami many congratulatory telegrams read. The bride s mother wore a tunic frock of nigger brown morocain embroidered in wall flower shades and a nigger brown hat with tiny flowers. She carried a posy of polyanthus. The bridegroom’s mother wore a smart navyblue costume and a black and gold hat She carried a posy of violets. Later in ibo dav the happy couple left for the south amid showers of'confetti, the bride (ravelling in a cinnamon brown tunic frock, and a lint to lone. She wore a handsome fox fur, the gift of the bridegroom.
